DHEERAN PHARMACEUTICALS (“we”, “our”, “us”) is committed to protecting the privacy and security of the pharmacies, hospitals and registered businesses we serve. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the rights available to you under applicable Indian data-protection laws.
1. Information we collect
- Business KYC: shop name, owner name, GSTIN, drug-licence number and a copy of the drug-licence document.
- Contact details: address, city, pincode, phone, WhatsApp and email.
- Account & usage: login activity, IP address, browser/device, orders placed, invoices generated and payments made.
- Communications: messages you send us through the contact form, email or WhatsApp.
2. How we use your information
- To verify that you are a licensed pharmacy/hospital before approving wholesale purchases.
- To process orders, raise GST invoices, collect payments and maintain ledgers.
- To send transactional notifications (order confirmation, dispatch, payment receipt, password reset).
- To improve our service, prevent fraud and comply with statutory record-keeping (Drug Rules, GST Act, IT Act).
3. Sharing
We do not sell or rent your data. We share information only with:
- Payment partners (e.g. Razorpay) strictly to process your payments.
- Logistics partners to deliver your orders.
- Government authorities when legally required (drug control, tax, court orders).
4. Security
Passwords are stored hashed with bcrypt. Sensitive endpoints are CSRF-protected, sessions auto-expire after 30 minutes of inactivity, and admin logins use 2-factor OTP. Drug-licence documents are stored in a private folder that is not publicly accessible.
5. Retention
Tax invoices, ledgers and KYC documents are retained for 8 years as required by GST law. Other records are kept only as long as your account is active.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data by emailing dheeranpharma@rediffmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.
7. Cookies
We use only essential cookies required for authentication and CSRF protection. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.
